You know those days where all you want to do is go into the bathroom, and stare at yourself crying? Well, I often find myself in that exact position. I end up feeling all gassy, and just wanting to put my hair up, and wear my pajamas. Life is just easier that way. Well, today, I felt like a stupid idiot who smelled of sulphuric gas, and looked like a poop. Not to mention, I kind of almost fell asleep a couple times throughout the day. These days stink, but hey, we all have them. So, I want to give you some of my techniques that usually (don't) work. (Lets face it, nothing works. Things can help, but nothing takes all the pain away. Well, ben and jerry's is debatable.)
1. Take a shower. Sing, talk to yourself, and "wash" away the sadness. Haha I'm too funny.
2. Talk to your friend, and just make yourself feel better.
3. Although this is terrible advise, if it's late, and you have things to do, just say out loud, NOT GOING TO HAPPEN. GET OVER IT. YOU ARE NOT IN A MOVIE AND INSPIRATIONAL MUSIC WONT START PLAYING AND THINGS GET BETTER. IT DOESN'T WORK LIKE THAT. YOU WONT STAY UP ALL NIGHT WORKING, AND THEN MAGICALLY THE NEXT DAY LOOK AMAZING, NO. NO. NO. THE END. HAVE A BETTER DAY TOMORROW!
